ICD-10 coding help

HH Coding

Reads the OASIS and the chart, suggests ICD-10 codes, and cites the page each one came from. The coder accepts or rejects every suggestion, and every call is logged. The software does the searching; the coder makes the decision.

Does the coding tool pick the codes?
No. It suggests codes and shows where in the chart each one came from. A coder accepts or rejects every suggestion.
